Do you have customer parking?
We do not have dedicated customer parking, however, you can easily find free 2p street parking on Denison Rd and surrounding streets. Drive safe!
How many people does your studio fit?
We accommodate up to 16.
Can I come into the studio to make a booking?
Yes you sure can, if the studio is open come on in and have a chat.
What is your cancellation policy?
All Creative Corner Studio bookings and gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations but do have a flexible rescheduling policy. Please visit our terms and conditions in the footer below to read more about our rescheduling policy.
Workshops
What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself to join one of our workshops! Unless you're joining us for a private event, please bring your own bubbles & snacks for your fun celebration. For more information on our events, please visit our event pages and fill out the enquiry form.
What does the price include?
All materials needed to create your chosen artwork and an apron to wear during class.
What time should I arrive and how long are the sessions?
We recommend arriving at the studio 5-10 minutes before the session commences as to give you plenty of time to get comfortable, set-up, and welcome you all to the class.
We have a back area with seating where you can wait and have a cuppa.
Estimated running time is between 2 – 3hrs.
If I/or my child come with a friend will we/they be setting together?
We will always do our best to ensure that groups are placed together.
If you and your friends are booking separately, it’s best to arrive a little earlier to ensure we can seat your group together. We like to operate under the mantra ‘first in best dressed’ when it comes to seating in our studios.
If you have any other special requests please don’t be shy! We want everyone to have the best experience possible at Creative Corner Studio.
What do I wear to a workshop at Creative Corner Studio?
Though we provide aprons to protect your clothes from paint, it’s best to wear something you don’t mind the idea of getting a little bit of paint on. Think comfortable! We also recommend closed toed shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Resin Workshops – now this one can get messy! We suggest hair tied back, no dangly jewellery or fancy long sleeves.
We have air-conditioning, and ceiling fans so you will be comfortable all year round.
Once I have booked, what happens next?
Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email confirming your order and you will be given some information regarding your session. The day before you will be sent a reminder about the time of the workshop.
Events & Kids/Classes
Is Creative Corner Studio a registered as a NSW Creative Kids provider?
Yes, Creative Corner Studio is registered provider of the NSW Creative Kids so you can save up to $100 on your booking. If you would like to use your voucher for a class, workshop or birthday party please email us the following details here.
- Child's full name
- Child's date of birth
- Parent/Guardian name and mobile phone number
- Details of classes you wish to enrol them in (name of class, age group, date and time for each class and child)
Can I do a trial class to see if I like it?
We can offer a FREE trial class for our kids’ term courses if the class is not full. After the class we will have a chat about your child, if they enjoyed it and are suitable for the particular class.
Will my session ever be cancelled?
We require a minimum number of students to run a workshop, if these numbers are not reached you will be contacted and offered a full refund or credit to use at any other workshops.
Can I host a private party or function at Creative Corner Studio?
Yes you can, please reach out via our events page.
What food and drink can I bring?
Platters of food, nibbles, cakes, bubbles and drinks
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes you sure can, they just need to be removed when the event is over.
Other
How do I return my product?
When a child is joining for the first time parents are able to stay until they feel comfortable or can hang out in our back area. Once comfortable our classes and workshops are drop and go. Parents are not permitted in the classrooms while the class is underway.
Preschool classes, parents can stay for the duration of the lesson or duck away.
